Can’t add comments

do you mean that after typing the comment and clicking the ‘Post’ button you see a blank page with the following URL:
<Site address>/wp-comments-post.php
?

How is it possible for me to help you with so few informations ???

1/ It you’re using a premium theme: Switch to a WordPress default theme
if the problem is still there go to point 2 else contact your Premium theme support

2/ describe precisely what is going on, what is the WordPress version, information about your configuration like plugins activated, add screenshots…

3/ turn WP_DEBUG on, redo what’s not working to see if there are errors, if so share them here.
