Can’t add Gift card amount

  • Hi guys,

    just installed your plugin but now I’m stuck right at the beginning:
    when creating a new gift card I am not able to add any amount.
    After pressing the add button the amount is still shown in the input field but no amount is added underneath, like it is shown in your screenshots..
    The button itself is working, there is a loading icon for a second.

    Woocommerce Version 3.1.1
    Coupons are enabled

    Any suggestions please?

  • I’m facing the same issue. Unable to understand what’s the problem.

    In my case, i had to save once the product and then add the amounts.

    I just tried with the latest WC version and i can’t even save it as a gift card.With the prior version you could not mark it as digital.I think it needs updating to work with the latest versions of WC

    we confirm that the plugin is working with WooCommerce 3, please could you provide more details or screenshots about the issue?

    Users, instead of writing your gift card amounts with a decimal like this, 25.00 Write is without the decimal, LIKE this 25

    I had the same issue with the card amounts not showing up until I wrote the amount without decimals. This should help.

    Gift Card Amounts: $ 3, 5, 20, 25, etc. (Amounts I have on my site.)

    INSTEAD OF $3.00, 5.00, 20.00, 25.00
