cant add image slide

Hi, could you please give us the link where that slides have never appeared.

I am also having this issue. Insert from media button not there.

Dear @georgep4 we are using wordpress standard uploader from where insert from media button should appear.

same here, installed it, when I press add Image slide nothing happens.

Could you please tell us what version of Huge-IT Slider are you using and is there any javascript error in that page?

I am having issues as well. I just purchased the slider personal version and I cannot add a video slide

there is no JS error.
when you click the “Insert Video Slide” button, it acts like it’s going thru then it just brings up the same “insert video slide” page / with an empty field.
no videos were inserted.

Dear @gigglechick to add video slider you need to be a commercial version user so as you are commercial version user you need to contact our support team on [email protected] because your problem doesn’t treat to other users.

what was the point of buying the Personal Version for $15 if I can’t add a video slider????? Your company is scamming people into buying more and more plug-ins.
