Can’t add images to the gallery

  • Hi, I activated the image gallery and to show 4 images, selected a category (I have 2, not sure what to do with them, I was only using one image before, now I want to add more), then I edited the product selecting one of the categories and I have everything but a place where to add more images, selected the other category and the same. Where is it?
    I have the 2.0.3 version, your livedemo and sandtest are broken.
    I’m using Impreza theme. I have a staging website with the same issue, I don’t see a field or button to add more images. I activated storefront and the same.
    Am I missing something?

  • Hi, I have exactly the same problem. Gallery is activated, images are set for the right category, but only the product image is shown. What can we do? I’d like to purchase the Premium version, but this made me stop right now ?? Thanks for your help!

    I did a test on my local installation and I activate the gallery. I select on product, the gallery my product will have and on frontend, the gallery is showed in the right way

    Please, could you try to check it and let me know if the gallery is showed?

    I did my test using a default theme TwentySixteen. Could you try to switch to this theme and let me know if it’s working?

    Thanks, can you please send a screenshot of the field or button where I’m able to upload the images?
    I tested it with Storefront and Twenty Twenty themes, I installed TwentySixteen to test, but I still don’t see where I should add other images.

    Hello there,

    I hope you’re doing well ??

    Simply you need to add your images throught the media library, then for each image, you can write the Gift card category you want to associate.

    In my example I have a gift card category called “all” so here I wrote all in order to associate this image with this gift card category

    Please try to upload your images and set the gift card category.
