Can’t Add Instructor

    Hello,

    I am unable to add a new instructor. They are already an admin on the site.
    When I try to add a new instructor the only option I get is to put in their name/username/email/password but when I do that it says there is already someone registered with that username.

    FYI we are using wordpress user accounts.

    Hi @archerbullseye
    If your users already register then you can easily make make them instructor from WordPress Users menu.
    if you want to add a new instructor then the email and user name will be unique otherwise it will not work.

    Thanks but that seems to be part of the problem. They are already listed as an instructor on the WP User menu. In fact, all of the admins are listed as instructors but only Toby and I are showing up on the instructor list in ALMS.

    if a user logged in as an administrator role then we automatically set that user instructor role.
    I am really not understand your issues. can you give me your a video screen record then it will be easy for me.

    Thanks for the reply. In the WordPress User panel we have 7 admins set as Academy Instructor, but only 2 of them show up in ALMS Instructor panel. So I am not able to assign courses to them.
