Can't add item from Add order for customer in admin

You can only edit/add items to pending orders. Once paid, they are not editable.

Whats wrong with ‘add order’? You can create an order for a user.

As I explained, there is no way to select any items/products in “Add Order” for a registered user. This is for creating blank new order for a user, not pending orders.

There is no way to add item(s) at Order Items section.

There is an add line items button.

The add line items button doesn’t work. Save button useless too.
The order# keeps increasing every time even I did not save the order.

If it does not work, in chrome go to View > Developer > Javascript console. What errors are shown?

Don’t know if admin can process payment (use customer’s credit card) for customer from this Add order page?

One more thing is that, I assigned a coupon to this user but it doesn’t applied to this order in total amount while in Add Order page.

This coupon works when user logged in and place order from user’s front end.

Please advise. Maybe I need to post a new topic?

No, use your merchant terminal if your gateway has one.

You cannot apply coupons here. You can discount line items though by editing.
