cant add items or elements

  • Hi, I cant add items to any column or section, i tried all browsers also private browsing , and disabled all suspected plugins but no chance.
    It was working since hours but suddenly cant add items.
    Of course i sent support requests, but actually the Elementor’s support is to far bad, i sent them a support request since one week and until now no answer, now i tried to use the chat also but as usual , you wait and get no answer.
    I think that we have to find another group that can offer support for elementor, because elementor’s guys have no time to support their plugin.
    anyway, i have read all the previous answer for similar problems and tried all solutions so dont send me links from elementors pages and faqs please.

    by the way: do i have to try to disable wordpress also?! maybe that is a step that you forgot to mention in another solutions?!
