I purchased the Premium and I received the Premium key and the Installation file. After installing the plugin, there was no place to enter the Activation key. After trying tor each out to support a few different ways, no one replied.
It looks like the Plugin is trying to access wp.freemius.com to activate the plugin, which is a website that doesn’t exist. (freemius.com DOES exist, but wp.freemius.com does NOT)
Since no one is replying to the regular support options, I’m reaching out here to try and get a refund for a Plugin I paid for , but can’t use.

The emails weren’t in spam but Office 365 was quarantining them, so i have them now.
I had already installed the Premium Plugin, but for anyone else who has a Multi-site installation, the instructions are different and not documented on their website.
Here is how you do it.
    1. Install the Premium plugin
    2. Network Activate the plugin (you will NOT be redirected to enter the license key)
    3. Go to each individual sub-site’s Plugin page. Under the WP Data Access Premium plugin, there is a link to “Activate License”.
