Can’t add links to dashboard

Hi,
I’m trying to add a link to tutor dashboard(with help of tutor LMS documentation), I added add_filter() and function add_some_links_dashboard() to functions.php on my child theme, then I created the new file on child-theme/tutor/dashboard, but when I click the new link in tutor dashboard it give me a 404 error.

I tried the same procedure on local server and it works.

Any advices?
