Can’t add media or change from Visual to Text editor

    Hi,

    I’ve purchased Slide Anything Pro and I’m unable to use because I simply cannot add media to any of the slides. I also wanted to paste some code to some of the slides (affiliate images) but was not able to change from the visual to the text editor.

    Please help as this is crucial for my website.

    As per our email correspondence, this issue has been resolved.

    There was a conflict with the plugin “WP Retina 2x”, and disabling this plugin resolved the issue with Slide Anything.

    I’m also having this problem. When I click the “Set Image” or “Add Media” buttons, or try to switch between Visual and Text tabs, nothing happens. I don’t have the WP Retina 2X plugin, but I do have these:

    Photonic Gallery for Flickr, Picasa, SmugMug, 500px, Zenfolio and Instagram
    Social Media Widget by Acurax
    The Events Calendar

    Can you tell me what was causing the conflict with the Retina plugin?
