Can’t add more than 5 coupon templates (Pro)

    Hi and thank you for your plugin.

    I noticed thant, when you are on the Register settings, in the Coupon templates section (pro), when you activate it and you try to add more than 5 coupon, you can’t because, when you just typed in the #5 template, when clicking outside to activate the new #6 coupon template line (as the 4 previous lines), nothing appears.

    Hi,

    Currently this is limited to allow only 5 template coupons, however we’ll look into possibly extending this.
