    Hi David,

    I had this the other day, I cleared by cookies and it solved it but I’ve just visited your website and had the same issue. Did you not have the dropdown option on your website earlier on?, as I have just sent you off an email to your contact us email on your website about a few questions with your trolley that I quite liked and wished to replicate.

    Does it work with the dropdown option as I’m sure that did for me earlier?

    Same problem in incognito mode which suggests it’s not cookies.

    I switched from dropdown to inputbox to see if that’s helped but I don’t think it has.

    I don’t know if our Contact Us is working as I’m replacing the SMTP server function on that site. You can find me using my username plus @exeterstreethall.org at the end.

    Happy to help with your trolley question which is probably the ‘how did you hear of us function’. I’ll put that in another post here.

    Hi David,

    That’s the one. I have some custom elements but not ones that were required. Never quite realised it was as easy to make it required by adding a “Required” tag!

    Two problems:

    1. Your custom javascript bypassed the Add ticket javascript code which the box-Office relies on.

    2. A bug in StageShow reset the quantity to 1 for Box Office pages with a Add button for each price. Fixed in v 6.5.3

    Incidently, it looks like your WP site has a permissions issue. Plugins (not just StageShow) sometimes report errors creating files and folders.

    I’ve been trying to solve my permission issues for a while now. There’s some kind of issue in the Bitnami EC2 instance of WordPress. I’ve tried to fix it but likely created more issues than I’ve fixed.

    In truth, I have no idea what I’m doing.
