Can't add new affiliate links after update

Hi,
I think I updated your plugin yesterday or two days ago and since then I can’t add new affiliate links.
I add the link + keyword, click on submit – both fields go blank and the affiliate is not added.
Can you please solve this problem?
I’m using wordpress 3.7.1
