Can’t add new courier

I’m having the same problem?

Hi, after you create the Custom provider, you can search for it and you will find it.

I have done this. I’ve added new courier I have searched it but nothing. I’ve tried several times.

Thanks for the response but no luck. Just says No Shipping Providers Found?

Maybe can we add Greek Speedex Courier? It’s one of the for 4 biggest couriers in Greece. The other 3 are already added from you.

Try to clear your browser cache and make sure you use the latest version of AST, WP, and WooCommerce

try to sync the list, you can completely reset the list when you sync.

@asourmelis – Ok, I will ask the team to add speedex Greece to the list.

Try to do hard sync the list, select the reset Reset providers database, it will reset all your shipping provider database option in sync shipping provider lightbox. For more details check this doc.

The issue still continues, deactivate the plugin and drop the database table ‘woo_shippment_provider’ and install the plugin again and check.

I confirm that the problem was on the database. Once I rebuild the database I was able to add new courier.

Ok, we will add option to rebuilt the list from settings in the next version, I am happy it was resolved now ??
You can do a sync now for the list and we also added Speedex Greece
