I’ve installed The Events Calendar on my site, which is currently on a staging server: https://novuslawfirm.wpengine.com/ There is nowhere in the backend to add a new event. I’m so confused. I got to ‘events’ in the side-menu and have choices ‘Tags’, ‘Settings’, ‘Help’ and ‘Event Add-ons’. The documentation shows there should be an ‘Add New’ here, but there is not. I’m using the latest version of Divi theme and have tried disabling it as well as all plugins on the site, but still I do not see an option to add a new event. Please help ??

    Yikes, this is super odd.

Does that also happen if you switch over to a default WordPress theme?
Would you happen to have any Divi extensions installed?

At any rate, I would recommend starting with our testing for conflicts procedure: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/testing-for-conflicts/

Let us know how that goes

Thanks Geoff, it sure is odd! Here are the steps I followed:
1- Activate 2021 theme, problem still persists
    2. Deactivate ALL plugins except ‘The Events Calendar’, problem still persists
    3. Deactivate and delete ‘The Events Calendar’ plugin and reinstall/reactivate, problem still persists.

    Any further advice?

Are you able to disable any page builders and test? Is it possible to test in a staging or dev site with only a basic WordPress install, Twenty Twenty theme and no page builder?
