    Hello @sahmfz,

You mentioned you spot the error when you add an order on the backend. However, the screenshot you provided doesn’t show the UI I’d expect to add orders in the backend. When I add orders in the backend, everything works as expected. Please follow the steps in Kadence’s troubleshooting article, including clearing your cache and checking for plugin conflicts.

Are you using some plugin to alter the backend order form? Here is a screenshot of what I’d expect to see when you navigate to WooCommerce > Orders -> Add Order. Generally, you don’t see the email there.

Thank you so much for the quick response.

Yes, I have many plugins installed, including:

    1. Cart Flow
    2. Wp Code
    3. Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer.

      and more

Yesterday, even after disabling them and clearing the cache, it didn’t work. However, today when I checked, the problem was fixed, even with all my plugins enabled. Now, I’m wondering what the problem was.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the information.

The WC Email Designer fetches data from WooCommerce. Probably it was getting a null value, hence the error. It could be a plugin conflict. Was there any update on the plugins related to WooCommerce?

    yes, auto update is enabled.
but everything is still working fine.

    Hi there,

Thanks for the update. We don’t change anything in our plugin recently. The issue might have been fixed in any of the third-party plugin’s recent update(s).

Feel free to reach out to us again if you encounter an issue, and we’ll be happy to take a look.

    Best,
    Chito
