Can’t add new template

Thanks for all the information. We have reproduced the problem using all of your info(Like plugins). There was a conflict with a plugin called ‘WPSchoolPress’ that you have used. Don’t worry we have fixed this conflict. You will get the fixed version in our next release.

@amirahrazali It may be the issue with the plugins you are using. Try to disabling plugins one by one and check it if works. Also update your elementor plugin

In my case can’t insert any free template. I have updated wordpress and all plugins, restart my computer but nothing happens. It remains the same.

Elementor has released a major update version 3.0 and this version has some compatabilty issues. So, I would recommend you to rollback to Elementor version 2.9 (https://prnt.sc/u6rw37) untill Elementor solve this issue. We are also working on our end and soon we will also release a patch. But after the rollback if you still face the issue please let us know. We will be glad to help you.
