Cant add or change images

I am using WordPress 4.7 using the latest version of Jock on air now. I am unable to upload images

What error are you getting?

I’m not receiving an error message. I click upload image select image it uploads select size of image click insert into and nothing happens.

When you’re selecting an existing image from your library make sure the “Link URL” field is not empty, if it is after choosing the image you want to use click on “File URL” to populate it then click insert into post, Save the change and that’s it.

Followed your directions and it still nothing happens. Should I delete and reinstall the plugin?

OK I couldn’t an an image to existing shows from the library or by uploading a new one from my computer, but I was able to add a new show and add an image from my computer.
Seems like there’s some conflict with either your theme or a plugin.

To troubleshoot it first switch your theme to WordPress 2015 and see if the problem goes away, if not restore your theme and disable all plugins except JOAN and try again while reactivating plugins one by one.

Let us know if there’s no change after these tests.

Hi, has this issue been resolved? I have been getting the same issue for some time now.

have rolled back to default templates but the issue still exists.
