Can't add or edit graphs because I can't get to them

    Visualizer graphs still appear in posts, but I can’t create new ones or edit old ones, because I can’t get to them. Specifically, (1) Media > Visualizer Library is now a blank page and (2) Visualizer is no longer a menu choice in the popup Add Media window. I tried deactivating all other plugins, reinstalling Visualizer, and restarting the website repeatedly. FYI, it may or may not be a coincidence that I tried the W3 Cache plugin around the same time. I deleted it just in case. Can you help?

    I finally figured it out. One incomplete chart was causing the trouble. It was listed in the wp_posts table in the database, but not in the wp_postmeta table. I deleted it from the wp_posts table and everything returned to normal.
