    Hi,

I can’t add or edit products when Facebook for Woocommerce is active. I had to deactivate it in order to add products.

I later discovered that if I downgrade the plugin to version 2.1.2, I will be able to add/edit the products. Version 2.1.2 was when this issue for treated as an update according to the plugin changelog.

Please kindly help look into this plugin issue.
    Thanks

    Hi @maxkdave

The site’s PHP memory_limit certainly comes into play here. We’ve done some extensive testing and if the memory limit isn’t high enough, product edit pages will not load without deactivating the plugin.

What the limit should be depends on how much else a site has going on. In a fresh install of WP, WC, and FBW, 128mb was good enough. Once you start adding other memory-intensive extensions (SEO packs, page builders, activity monitors, etc), that changes.

We generally recommend a limit of at least 512mb to ensure that everything is covered, though extreme situations could demand more.
