Hi, I’ve been using NextGen gallery for a couple of months and I got all my photo galleries organized using this plugin and was very happy until recently, after upgrading the plugin, tried to create a new gallery and add pictures, but even though it shows uploading complete, none of the pics are actually in the gallery, and during the upload process, every pics gets an exclamation mark in a yellow triangle after so called “upload”. But no error message.
Tried to move the same pics from the WordPress media folder (where I can upload without problem) and still nothing happens. Any suggestion on how to fix this?
    Thanks

@talidab – Do you recall what might have change on your site since this last worked as expected (aside from the recent update to NextGEN Gallery)?

    Thanks!

We just went live with our website and basically moved the WP website from a subfolder to the main folder on the server. And now want to create and upload pictures from our website launch event and it doesn’t work.

@talidab – Please try our external Reset Tool plugin here: https://bitbucket.org/photocrati/nextgen-gallery-reset/get/default.zip

To install and activate, go to Plugins > Add New … Upload Plugin
To use, go to Tools > NextGEN Gallery Reset

We do not offer specific support for the Reset Tool plugin as is but it can help in many circumstances, please let us know if it does.

    Thanks!

I have been experiencing this exact same issue. Our hosting company had done a JS redirect to a different folder on the server which houses the test site files. Since this was done, nextgen gallery images don’t show up. Upon inspection of the html, the image tags do not have a src paths at all…

I tried blowing away everything, including dumping database tables, reset plugins, and completely removing all of nextgen and then doing a fresh install. Nothing has worked.

@visualcraftsman – I do not believe these issues are the same, especially given these are two different web sites (and likely different active plugins, different web hosting service providers/environments, etc.).

    Thanks!

    Hi Cais,
just tried the external reset tool and nothing changed, except that I had to do the settings all over again.
