Can't add pictures to my sidebar?

    So I’m attempting to add a picture which when clicked will link to this page:
    https://sikcyde.com/wordpress/mr-liqz-2/
    Currently, the line of code i have is this:

    <h2><a href="https://sikcyde.com/wordpress/mr-liqz-2/"> Mr. Liqz <img src=”https://sikcyde.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/Liqz.jpe” width="50" height"50" /></a></h2>

    Now if you go to https://www.sikcyde.com/wordpress you should see my sidebar on the left hand side with the name “Mr. Liqz” there, if you click that it takes you to his page, so that section of the code works, but the image doesn’t generate. I tried to create JUST his name which was clickable, then make a second line of code that would just be clickable and not have words on it, and it still failed. I have played around with the size of the picture (making it extremely small and extremely large, and even tried removing the width and height codes, nothing worked)

    I’m sure it’s just some idiotic mistake on my end OR something i dont know about WordPress (As i am new)

    A little information:
    Theme is my own, i followed the steps on HERE:
    I understand that as it is my own theme things might be a bit more difficult, I’m mainly looking for suggestions.

    Hmmm….. For some reason that worked. That was the first thing i did (But i changed the picture to a .jpg first, then edited the code) And it wouldn’t work for me.

    But either way, its working now ??
