Cant add recipient info

  • I have created a gift card product and i did put shortcode [yith_ywgc_display_gift_card_form] to product description to get forms visible. The problem is that user cant write anything to recipient info or your info areas. Only to message area.

    Also if i choose amount it choose two at the same time. I have amounts: 20 €, 40 €, 60 €, 80 € and 100 €. If i press 20 € it choose 20 € and 40 € at the same time.

    Product price next to title is always 0,00 €.

    How to fix these?

    We have been checking but unfortunately, we can’t know where is the problem. Seem that some of the form elements are removed and the others have wrong behavior.

    We suggest you to make some tests with another theme and if you have the same problem, try disabling your plugins one by one to check which one is causing the issue.

    You can also try to include the shortcode in another place.

    Could you check it and let us know any news, please?
