Can’t add shipping zone

Hi,
I’m installing a new Woocommerce, and can’t add a shipping zone. Nothing happens when clicking the “Add shipping zone”. I have deactivated all plugins except Woocommerce, uninstalled and reinstalled some plugins, used the Flasome theme + default theme, without any difference. All database tables are there, as far as I can understand. Debug code shows nothing. Anyone knowing/having a clue where to go next?
