    Hello guys!

    The following constellation:

    Theme: Impeka
    Page Builder: WPBakery

I would like to insert a popup trigger in the footer, for example:
    [popup_trigger id=”1226″ tag=”button” classes=”popupButton”]Kontakt[/popup_trigger]

The popup contains a contact form.
It is set to open on click and no cookie is written so that it can be opened again and again.

When I insert this, the button does not react.
I have the popup tool in the editor toolbar. Here I am only offered the popup cookie as a shortcut.
Are there any restrictions here as to why the trigger is not offered to me?

    Thanks in advance!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @momo2005,

    Thanks for reaching out.

It appears the button “Kontakt” is redirecting to the following page: https://homeservice-sylt.de/kontakt/.

Here’s a helpful guide on how to Trigger a Popup from a Link URL.

Also, here’s some helpful information about Shortcode: Popup Triggers.

    Hey Sarai,

    thanks for your fast reaction!

I tried out what you wrote.

Here are screenshots of the individual areas.

I have included the link with the corresponding ID.

It is also recognized, because the class “pum-trigger” has been added.

    <a class="popupButton" href="#popmake-1226">Kontaktanfrage</a>

But when I click on the button, the popup is not triggered.
I have created a test page where you can see the problem.

Have I configured the trigger incorrectly? I am not sure if I have understood this correctly.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi @momo2005,

Thanks for the links. Your button is linked to #popmake-1226 but the only active popup on the page is popup ID 1238. See here: https://share.zight.com/OAu7Z0LX

If this is the correct popup, please try changing the button link to:

    <a class="popupButton" href="#popmake-1238">Kontaktanfrage</a>

Let us know how it goes. ??
