Can't add tags to posts

    After upgrading to 3.9.1. i am facing the same problem with 3 wordpress sites,in different servers with different themes.I cant add tags to posts.

  • Do you mean the field to add tags is not visibile on your screen? Or it is but once you add tags, they are not saved?

    Maybe the option is hidden; on a post edit screen, select Screen Options (at the top right of the screen) and make sure Tags is checked.

    If that doesn’t work, have you tried disabling all plugins and reverting to a default theme (such as TwentyThirteen or TwentyFourteen) to see if that helps?

    It’s visible but tags are not saved.But if i choose to add tags from post list by clicking quick edit the tags are working fine.In one of my wordpress installations there are no plugins at all,however i am having the same problem.

    Update: Disabling plugins does not resolve the problem
    Reverting to Twentyfourteen theme does not resolve the problem.
    This is insane.All sites were working with no problems with version 3.9
