    Hi @eitayz,

Thanks for the screenshots. Just checking, what are the standard tax rates that you’ve added?
You can find out by going to WooCommerce → Settings → Tax → Standard Rates. If possible, share with us a screenshot of these tax rates as well.

    Thanks.

    Thanks for the screenshot.

Does the issue persist if you change to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One and disable all plugins apart from WooCommerce?

If the taxes show, you’ll know that the problem was caused either by your theme or one of your plugins. You can reactivate them one by one, checking if the issue recurs with each reactivation to find out the plugin causing the problem.
Here’s a detailed guide on how to test for conflicts: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    * You may want to do this on a test/staging site. If you don’t have one already, your hosting company might offer one as part of your package. Alternatively, you can use a free plugin like https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks.

    Thanks for the update.

Still, if the tax rate is 17%, for the product priced at ?11 the tax should be ?1.87.

Kindly do the conflict test again, when all plugins are disabled and the theme changed to a default one like Twenty Twenty-One, check whether the tax is shown correctly. If it is calculated correctly, proceed with the test as explained earlier.

Let us know what comes up.

    Thanks.

    Thank you ??

Glad to hear it – thanks for letting us know!

I’ll mark this thread as resolved now. If you have any further questions, I recommend creating a new thread.
