Can’t add the main bar on the home page

    Hello,

    Can somebody please tell me how do I add the main bar to my theme, the categories.
    I am using CoverNews theme

    Here a screen from what I need exactly:
    (the bar where are Home, NewsBeat, Bussines, Sports)
