cant add tracking number to another order

    Hello,

    I have a customer who bought 2 things but purchased them in separate transactions. I shipped his order together but I am unable to copy paste the tracking number to the second order? Is that not possible without buying another plugin?

    Hi there @visibledeals,

    The free WooCommerce Shipping extension adds the tracking for purchased labels directly to the associated order; it’s not possible to add the tracking to a separate order as well.

    If that’s a common scenario for your store, the Shipment Tracking extension can be used to add tracking label information to any order.

    Hello tijosh,

    It’s a first for us in years so for now I just added the tracking number to the second using the customer notes section.
