    Hi!

    We recently Updated Woocommerce and AST to latest versions. On new orders option to add tracking via Woocommerce mobile app is Missing.
    Its shows once tracking is added via web admin but not initially.

    Any ideas on how to solve this?

    Hi, we added compatibility to the WooCommerce mobile app in the past, it might be that something was changed. we will check it again and let you know.

    We checked add tracking number Via Woocommerce mobile App with the latest WooCommerce and AST, and its working fine. We can add tracking information from the mobile app.
    Can you please check in which order status you try to add tracking information? Maybe you are trying to add Tracking info in the completed order and in Mobile App.

    Hi

    I am using BACS as payment gateway and its automatically puts order In ON HOLD status.

    Its does not show tracking option on this status.

    Hello,

    Yes I checked in On Hold order status add tracking will not show.
    It’s a default WooCommerce functionality.

    It use to work before while on hold status.
    I checked again and it does not show when status is changed to Processing.
    I don’t know how woocommerce works. Can you please provide me some guide how to add via Woocommerce app. Like on what status I will be able to add Tracking

    Hi, i checked, since the on-hold and Pending payment are not paid order statuses, we do not show the add tracking info option in the actions menu.
    It was not changed.
    I will check with the developer if we can add the option to add this via settings in the future.

    I had the same problem. Unlike, I am just trying to update the status of the shipment to shipping, but the app says “unable to update tracking info”
