    Hi there!

I have tried to replicate the issue on my site, but I am able to add a variable product with the latest version 9.7.1.

Also, I tried to access the link you shared, but I am getting a 403 Forbidden error.

If you are using any security plugin, could you please disable it temporarily so that I can access your site and try to replicate the issue on my end?

In the meantime, could you please check the browser console (Press F12 > Console tab) while trying to add the variable product to the cart? If any errors appear, please share them here so we can investigate further.

Also, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report?which you can find via WooCommerce > Status
    • Fatal error logs?(if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Please use https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ and share a link to that paste in reply here. Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

You should be able to access the site now.

Here is a link to the system report and recent error log: System Report and Error Log – Pastebin.com

    Hello hhonzell,

    Thank you for your reply.

I visited your site and was able to add a variable product to the cart without any issue.
    Here is a screenshot:

Could you check again if the issue is still occurring?

Looking forward to your response. ??

It does appear to be working now. What changed?

    Hi there!

Great to hear that it’s working now! Did you make any changes on your site, such as deactivating a cache or security plugin?

If you haven’t deactivated any plugins, it could have been a caching issue. If the problem happens again, try clearing your site cache and temporarily deactivating the cache plugin to see if that resolves it. Let me know if you need further assistance!

I haven’t made any changes on my side.

Hello again. Mine is still not working. as requested, I have opened a new thread.

    Hi @hhonzell,

I have checked the issue again, and I’m still unable to add a variable product on your site. When I select a variation, I get an error that prevents the variation from being selected.

I noticed that you are using the WP Rocket plugin. For testing purposes, could you please deactivate WP Rocket and check again to see if that resolves the issue?

If you still face the same issue, try deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and then check again.

The fact that the issue appears, disappears, and then reappears suggests that a caching plugin like WP Rocket might be causing the problem.

Let me know how it goes!
