Hi @pramilaniroshan,
when I try to add variations products in the Woocommerce smart bundle it shows as disabled and can’t add. but I can add that product to the product bundle product type. the issue only occurred in smart bundles. how do I resolve this?
From what I understand, you’re having trouble adding variable products to your WooCommerce Smart Bundles. They seem to be disabled and can’t be added, even though you’ve successfully added them to the Product Bundle product type before.
Let’s try a few things to fix this:
- Update your plugins and themes: An outdated plugin or theme could be causing conflicts with WooCommerce. Ensure everything is current.
- Check for plugin conflicts: Other plugins might be conflicting with WooCommerce. To test this, deactivate all other plugins except for WooCommerce and WooCommerce Smart Bundles. If this solves the issue, reactivate the other plugins one at a time to find the one causing the conflict.
- Switch to a default theme: Your current theme could be the problem. Try switching to a default theme like Storefront. If this resolves the issue, it might be your theme causing the problem. Here’s a handy guide on testing for conflicts: ?? How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts.
If none of these steps work, could you please share your site’s System Status with us? It will give us a better understanding of your site’s setup and help us identify the problem. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status
. Select Get system report
and then Copy for support
.
Also, if there are any fatal error logs, please share those with us as well. You can find them under WooCommerce > Status > Logs
.
Once you’ve gathered this information, please paste it inside a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com to paste it and share the link with us.
Thanks for your patience and cooperation in this matter! We’re here to help you get this sorted.
