  • Hi @granthowarth ,

FooGallery Pro still allows users to create amazing video galleries or add YouTube videos to their galleries by simply importing videos from YouTube and other sources.

There are a number of ways to import YouTube videos to your FooGallery PRO media gallery. Please have a look at this guide of ours which will direct you on how to do so: https://fooplugins.com/foogallery/wordpress-video-gallery/

Lastly, are you using FooVideo? FooVideo is no longer supported by us. However, there is a process to migrate over to FooGallery PRO, which is built into FooGallery PRO.

If the issue still persists, please let us know.

    Thanks.

    Regards,
    Elvis.

Hi there, thanks for the reply. The issue is with fooVideo which i payed for but recently stopped accepting youtube links. It works fine with the trial version of foogallery pro. It seems strange that i have to pay for a new program when i already purchased foovideo. It says i qualify for a discount to purchase the pro version since i own foovideo but it is asking for a license key. I was not given a license key when i purchased, only an installer. The email associated with the purchase is [email protected]. Is there another way to receive the discount if i am required to upgrade to the pro version.

    Hi,
I have the exact same problem.
I do not see why I should pay again for something that was working fine until recently.
