Can't add YouTube videos

    I have already do this process but not working for me. In the new version facing this issue now I’m re-upload old version files. Now video working well in front end but small error occurred when I add new video from admin side.

    We are not able to add youtube videos. When we add the link, it shows a spinning wheel, but never generates any details and never adds the video to the list. We did add the API key on the settings page. Can you please help?

    Is there any error displaying when you click generate detail button? Need to check admin part to find the issue. Contact the support team at [email protected] to check and fix the issue.
