Can’t adjust ticker speed

    i paid for the pro version, I opened a support ticket, hoping for a response

    for some reason I can’t seem to effect any change to the speed of the ticker.
    whether I set the ticker speed to 2, 4 , 8 it makes no difference
    it just stays at the default setting which is very slow
