• I installed the plugin and hooked it up to my cloudfare account.

When I go into the dashboard settings and click “apply” for Apply Default Settings, I get the spinning wheels for several minutes – it just hangs there.

    Any thoughts of possible fixes?

  • Hi,

Are there any errors in the PHP error log? If the request is spinning for several minutes its possible the server is slow to respond and it needs more time or something went wrong on the backend.

    Thanks,
    John

same issue. tried with different browsers. just keeps spinning.
assuming that the server is slow (which im sure it is not) im going to let that wheel spin all night, tonight.

    still spinning… after 7 hours.
    any help will be appreciated.

    Hi @shagadelic, @sstanczak,

Could you provide the following information when Apply Default Settings is spinning:

    – Browser console log
    – PHP error log

    Thanks

    Hello,

I got the same issue here.
After installation and active the credential, I cannot apply the Default Settings or Automatic Cache Management.
I checked the console of browser and found following error:

Below is the information of my environment:
    Version of Cloudflare Plugin: 3.1.1
    PHP: 5.6
    Wordpress: 4.6.1

Could you please help to advise how we fix it?

    Thank you,
    Best regards,
    Truc

reinstalling the plugin and trying patiently did do the job for me.

Just uninstall the plugin and re-install it again.
But the issue is still there.
    just keeps spinning.
