Hi. I have a problem with my website. I’m using WPML for multilingual website. I have 3 languages. I want to assign the product to 2 categories. But after refreshing the page the product shown only 1 assigned category. What can I do? How to solve the problem. The website isBigpstik.am. You can see here 2 products only https://bigpstik.am/ru/product-category/toys_games_ru/.. But I want to assign more than 2 products and I can’t. Please say me how to solve the problem.

    Hi there,

Assigning of products to categories in multiple languages isn’t a feature of the core WooCommerce plugin itself. Practically speaking, this means you’d need to get in touch with the WPML support team to take a closer look into that.

I know that isn’t feature of the woocommerce. But it’s giving only for the uncategorized items. So I think it’s woocommerce problem.

    Hi there,

With WooCommerce as the only active plugin and a default Storefront theme, we were not able to replicate the behaviour you’ve reported and it is possible to add products to multiple categories.

This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin (perhaps WPML).
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. WPML has to be disabled, too.
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    I hope this helps!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
