Can’t attach the files which have already been in media library

    The attachment function only allow to upload a new file from the PC but allow to assign a file which has already been in Media library as the attachment.

    So If I need to attach the same file into 2 different courses or lessons. I would need to upload it 2 times and it is double stored in Library.

    It should open up media library interface for user to upload or choose the files there to attach when user click on attachment area.
