  • Hi @mallo82,

Can you please navigate to https://analytics.google.com and make sure that that Email you’re trying to use has the proper permissions for that Google Analytics profile?

If it does, can you please make sure that the status of that profile isn’t scheduled for deletion in Google Analytics?

    Thanks!

    Hi Jay,

I have checked the permissions and all look ok (Edit, collaborate, Rad & Analyse, ad Manage Users are all selected).

Further, I can’t see anywhere that suggests the profile is scheduled for deletion, nor should it be.

Can you please provide some further assistance?

    Many thanks,
    Dan

Hi, Can you please uninstall and reinstall the plugin and then reauthenticate?
