Can’t authorize app

The instruction does not work:
Navigate to Apps > Settings > Edit settings > Website > Site URL. Set the site url as : https://blogdomeioambiente.com.brIt seems to be outdated.
Facebook won’t record domain of my website. Can’t authorize the app.
