Hello,
I found other posts on this subject, having a similar issue but not being able to resolve.

This is the error message I’m getting:
error=redirect_uri_mismatch&error_description=redirect_uri%20must%20match%20configuration

This is the actual url on which this message is displayed: https://test.salesforce.com/services/oauth2/authorize?response_type=code&client_id=3MVG9yZ.WNe6byQAAQfduv70onhNZR0qED5hJahLg9la4zEz5CvOsZ5486WYGADSFD0ZpkJ6Zcw29vJY_MANm&redirect_uri=https://sfintegrate-catalystwp.pantheonsite.io/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=object-sync-salesforce-admin&tab=authorize

Now, ‘sfintegrate’ url is the correct url which is added as callback url in the sandbox and in plugin settings in WP.

If I add my instance url to ‘Login Base URL’ instead of https://test.salesforce.com, I’m getting the same error: error=redirect_uri_mismatch&error_description=redirect_uri%20must%20match%20configuration

I waited over half an hour after setting up the app in SF sandbox before trying to connect to SF. Is there anything else that I’m missing?

Are you able to access the https://sfintegrate-catalystwp.pantheonsite.io/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=object-sync-salesforce-admin&tab=authorize URL in a browser? Does it have any redirects on it or anything like that that would prevent Salesforce from sending you directly to that URL? It’s clearly a situation where Salesforce is seeing a URL mismatch, for whatever reason, but I can’t really speak to why that is happening.

Thanks for the quick response Jonathan!
I am able to access https://sfintegrate-catalystwp.pantheonsite.io/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=object-sync-salesforce-admin&tab=authorize in a browser, not seeing any redirects as I’m waiting for it to load.

I also removed all website redirects set via Redirection plugin (its not a production website) – still in the mismatch loop. Thanks again.

I found the problem, we actually had 2 WP-related apps in our sandbox and I added the callback URL to the wrong one! Simple mistake – as soon as it was added to the correct app I was able to authorize.

@mcatalyst Hello, i am facing the same type of error. When i try to connect Salesforce Addon, i insert keys of Salesforce Sandbox. Once i click connect, it redirects to login in Salesforce Produciton URL not sandbox (test) url. So if i input production credentials, i got error and could not connect. As you mentioned, you able to connect WPform to Sandbox (Salesforce). Would you kindly help me to solve my issue? and would i able to connect sandbox instead of Production? where to set the rediect URL (sf sandbox) in WPform so that i can login in salesforce test environment and field map. Thanks in Advance.
