Can't Authorize Twitter Account

Just upgraded to the twitter widget pro from the previous twitter widget, and now the feed doesn’t work on our home page (used to be in the “What’s New” area on https://aggregateknowledge.com )

I followed instructions (although, I’m not a developer, just trying to get the website to work again) and I now get a message that says “You need to authorize your Twitter accounts.” I click on the “Authorize New Account” button, and then I get a message that says “Could not recognize the response from Twitter.”

Has anybody run into this? If I cannot figure it out, is there an easy way to go back to the older twitter widget plugin?
