• Does NOT run automatic backups and does NOT backup to Google Drive. I paid for the premium version and it’s all setup correctly. Stopped working a few months ago and support IGNORES every email and does NOT respond to any requests for support. Don’t waste your time on this. You won’t get any help.

    Hi @jennyjoom,

    I’m really excited to hear you purchased the BoldGrid Backup plugin! But, hearing it’s not working for you is much worse, I’m very sorry.

    We may have had a communications breakdown within the team, because I’m one of the developers and I haven’t heard about this issue yet.

    I’m going to look into this for you and get is resolved. I’ll touch base soon.
