Cant backup DB

    I just get the following error

    Error: Backup error: SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1044 Access denied for user ‘myuser’@’localhost’ to database ‘mydb’, task id: wpvivid-5c879c9530f36

    Thanks for your feedback. It was a privilege issue. The myuser@localhost has the insufficient privilege to access database mydb, which causes the issue. Could you send us an email ([email protected])with website info? It is available to download from website info tab of WPvivid plugin.
    By the way, which host provider are your website running on? We will test our plugin on it. Thanks a lot.
