Can’t be able to use page builder

Hey,

Ok, I just chose a template for my portfolio site, but somehow I can’t change anything at all. The template theme is Stout, I clicked on page builder, and a tool panel pops up but everything on the tool panel is grey and I can’t change anything.

There is a lot I want to change, also I want to change the web address of my pages, I mean the domain is my domain, but I want to change the sub heading of each page to match the name of my page, like on the menu I typed “My CG Drawing”, but the name of the page in my web address is still “Gallery”.

So these are the two problems I’m having right now, I’ll be very thankful if someone can help me
