Can’t blacklist emails

We have a valid license until 2022.
I can’t access most of the Dasboard’s features at https://cleantalk.org/my, like Personal Lists. I get a message
“You have authorized by private link, access is restricted.
To get full access please authorize with login and password.
Authorize”
Clicking Authorize logs you out of the account and redirects to the Login page.
Is this because we need to purchase the extra package? Does the basic license allow us to blacklist emails in any way?
Lastly, is this the correct place to contact CleanTalk for our paid account? Thank you,
