Cant block IP

    Why can I NOT block this IP? Getting this message when I try:

    The IP address 69.63.188.100 is in a range of IP addresses that Wordfence does not block. 
The IP range may be internal or belong to a service safe to allow access for.

    How can I block this IP, thank you.
