Can't book places

    Hello,

    I can’t book places on a website that i’ve built some time ago.

    WordPress, plugins and theme are all uptodate
    I’ve tried disabling all plugins
    I’ve tried working with theme Twenty Fifteen

    Nothing works ??

    Furthermore the plugin works perfectly, but after filling in the booking form under an event nothing happens. The form is still being displayed, even after submitting, with the data that’s filled in.

    I believe all settings are right, but still it won’t work..

    I hope someone might have a solution to this.

    Hi Marcel,

    This sounds like a possible jQuery conflict caused by your theme or another plugin. To check if it is, can you test with all other plugins deactivated and while running the default WordPress theme?

    Thanks for your response, but as mentioned, I tried that ??

    However, it seems that when I was logged in to the backend it didn’t work, and when i tried it in an incognito screen it did work.. So I think the problem was being logged in ??

    are you getting any error when you try to book?

    Hi Angelo, there was no error, but as I mentioned, it worked fine when I logged out. I’m marking this topic as resolved therefor.
