Can’t build cache for instagram

I’m trying to add instagram feed, but I get this error:

Plugin received next error message from network API for this feed:

Feed cache has not been built. Try to manually rebuild cache using three dots menu on the left.

I’ve made sure that the password is correct in Auth tab, tried deleting instagram from feed and adding back again. What can I do to fix this?
