Can’t calculate shipping to New Zealand?

    Hi – I’m currently unable to calculate shipping to New Zealand (we’re In Aust). Is there a limitation in the plugin? I”m testing various ‘states’ and postcodes – nothing seems to work.

    By default, Sendle does not support international address. However, if you are in Sydney area (pickup), shipping price will be presented for international customer

    My client is in Sydney, but the NZ shipping still doesn’t work.

    Or does the pickup address have to literally be “Sydney”, rather than a suburb in Sydney?

    pickup suburb and postcode have to be in Sydney area, Also, if you are using shipping zone, then you must enable NZ

    Do we need to specify all the countries we ship to?

    yes or set with everywhere

    It is set to everywhere.
    And the pickup is in Sydney area.

    So still not sure why NZ isn’t working but other countries are?

    Hmm – doesn’t look like it’s working for other countries now. We originally had specified several countries and it was working – maybe the issue is ‘send to all’ isn’t working?
